The Team

Two Rivers Sales is a group of outdoor/ski sales reps in the PNW: Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, and Alaska. We like to think we are pretty good at it. We are active skiers, campers, boaters, bikers, climbers, bakers, canyoneers, instructors, hammock-ers, summiteers, etc. Focusing on a personal, educational and cooperative approach to managing the territory in an ever changing retail landscape; we have an exceptional track record of providing unparalleled service to our retailers and vendor partners across the territory. TJ Parnell: Principal/Owner

Hey, TJ here. I've been in the outdoor industry for well over a decade, and wouldn't have it any other way. I've worn a ton of hats over the years (guide, operations manager, warehousing, bike/ski tech, retail manager, ski patroller) and some fit better than others. I have worked with some of the best brands in the industry across multiple categories; 15 or so, all said and done, both In-house and with an independent agency. Now as principal and founder of Two Rivers Sales, I'm excited to bring my expertise to the outdoor market in the PNW.

Next step in this journey is what you see now. After having spent almost a decade doing the "sales rep thing", we are working to establish the Two Rivers Sales. We focus on a purposeful and personal approach to sales, marketing and brand representation. We believe that consistency of relationship and agility of action is what wins the day. Good systems and tech don't hurt either. We love being in front of our stores and know that regular staff education and engagement has a definitive, positive effect on sell through. Ashley Parnell: Chief Fun Officer

Oh hey! I have been in and out of the outdoor industry almost as long as TJ has. I’ve done the retail side of things, I’ve done the online side of things, the tech and start-up side of things and I’ve even branched into other industries. Nothing quite compares to the outdoor industry though. I love playing outside whether it is skiing, running, hiking, rafting, or just enjoying a cold one at my favorite brewery. I also love getting other people outside, it brings me so much joy!

I bring years of admin and project management experience to the team and I am excited to help keep things organized and connect with more awesome people along the way.
